CFMF in the Northern Territory
We have people in every state — reach out and connect, and we'll find the way we can help.
Connecting from the Territory
The Northern Territory has a way of making men feel both free and isolated at the same time. Wide open spaces, tight-knit communities, and not always a lot of options when it comes to support that actually fits. We get that. And while we don’t yet have face-to-face services in the NT, we’re committed to making sure Territory men can access what we offer.
Our online circle groups are open to men across Australia, and they’re a genuine space for honest conversation and real connection. They run on a regular schedule via video call, with facilitated structure and a commitment to confidentiality. You don’t need to be in crisis to join — many men come simply because they want to be around other blokes who are willing to be real.
Telehealth counselling is also available. Our counsellors work with men on the things that often go unspoken — relationship breakdown, anger, grief, work stress, loneliness, or just a sense that something needs to change. It’s practical, direct, and designed for men who don’t want to waste time on fluff.
Events That Are Worth the Trip
Our signature events are held in Queensland, and they regularly draw men from every state and territory — including the NT. The Men’s Rite of Passage (MROP) is a five-day wilderness experience that over 57% of participants travel interstate to attend. It’s the kind of experience that doesn’t exist in a weekend seminar or a podcast episode. It requires your full presence, and it gives back in measure.
Forged offers a similar depth for younger men navigating the shift into adulthood, and The Gathering is a one-day event that brings together men from across the country for connection, conversation, and shared purpose. If you’re curious about CFMF but not ready for a five-day commitment, The Gathering is a brilliant starting point.
Territory men who’ve attended these events often describe them as a turning point — the place where something finally clicked into place.
Help Us Grow in the NT
Every part of Australia where CFMF now has a strong presence started the same way: a few men who wanted something real and were willing to show up. We’d love for the Northern Territory to be next.
If you’re in Darwin — or anywhere in the Territory — and you’re interested in helping to build our community here, we genuinely want to hear from you. That might look like helping to start a circle group, volunteering at events, connecting us with local organisations, or simply being the first point of contact for other NT men who are looking for support.
You don’t need qualifications or experience. You just need to care about men’s wellbeing and be willing to take a step. That’s how every part of this community was built — one man at a time.
Explore our online groups, look into counselling, check out our events, or get in touch. We’re here, and we’d love to walk alongside you.
