Richard is a qualified psychotherapist with over 20 years' experience. He served as CEO of CFMF from 2013 to 2020 and is the Australian Weaver of the Men's Rites of Passage (MROP). He is now an Ambassador for CFMF.
About Richard
Richard trained for pastoral ministry in the 1980s and became senior pastor of a multi-staff church in suburban Brisbane. He spent many years in the corporate sector before completing a Masters in Counselling in 2012 and establishing his private practice in 2013. He is a PACFA-registered Clinical Member and Supervisor, CCAA Clinical Member, and a certified TRTP practitioner, mentor, and trainer. He is a father of three adult sons and has been married to Judy for over 40 years. During his time as CEO, he was instrumental in expanding CFMF's influence across Australia and New Zealand.
