Janet is a PACFA-registered Clinical Counsellor and certified TRTP practitioner with decades of experience working with individuals and groups. She brings deep personal understanding of grief, loss, trauma, and life transitions.
About Janet
Janet operates Camino Counselling, a boutique practice on the Redcliffe Peninsula. She holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Sydney University and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling from the Australian College of Applied Psychology. Alongside her professional qualifications, she has decades of experience working with people both individually and as a group leader. She is married, has raised five children, moved 14 times including both interstate and overseas, and supported her husband through six military deployments. She is well acquainted with the stressors of grief and loss, trauma, cultural transitions, and parenting.
